SMARTccpENTREPRISES Project

As part of the Biotech tropicana Corporation contribution to community development, we propose the Biotech tropicana, IncEXPLORER SMART Community Center Project, SMARTccpENTREPRISES.

SMARTccpENTREPRISES is a "self-help” oriented project aiming to assist local communities in the developing world, in acquiring the skills they need to take their own ideas to "structured projects” and from structured projects to micro enterprises.

At a first conceptual level, SMARTccpENTREPRISES reduced complexity of the poverty reduction strategies as recommended in the United Nations Millennium Development Goals (UN MDG), and the United States Millennium Challenge Corporation (US MCC), to make them accessible to local communities with at most, a completed elementary school diploma.

At the second implementation level, SMARTccpENTREPRISES applied the United States Congress SMARTaid approach, to innovate a small business model adapted to the developing world context that simulate the United States small business models. Our explorations suggest that the US models of small business development may be used to promote transformative changes in the developing world communities, while generating new jobs.

At the third level, our "small budget” concept uses the output of the second implementation level of SMARTccpENTREPRISES project, to promote a small scale financial culture that should produce a high impact transformative change in the society, as sought by the United States Congress "new way” SMARTaid approach.
